Whether digestive issues are obvious or not, it has been established through current research that there is an intimate connection between the health of the digestive tract and the health of the brain. This talk will introduce the main concepts of how the gut and the brain are linked, as well as the primary nutritional approaches that can help bring balance and strength to these connections.
