The GAPS Diet reduces foods that have a tendency to feed pathogenic gut microbes and cause inflammation, and highlights foods that are easy to digest and nourish not only our human cells, but also the trillions of gut microbes that are the key to our health.
The GAPS Diet is the foundational solution that I use most commonly with my clients to improve symptoms and root cause issues, because it is what I see provide the best outcomes. However, there are as many variations and adaptations to this foundation, as there are individuals.
